Jay White, a seasoned marketing professional with over 25
years of experience in product management and brand management, has the classic
marketing background. His experiences include pharmaceutical (OTC and Rx), HBA,
consumer, agricultural and beverage industries.
Jay is also the founder
and co-owner of Stewart Marketing & Associates (SMA), a 15-year old marketing
consulting firm specializing in strategic planning, marketing services, image
enhancement, brand development, and new product development, all of which require
varying levels of marketing research. Jay has spent his entire career in
the marketing of consumer products with an emphasis on the development of Branded
Franchises. He has direct hands-on experience in virtually every facet associated
with the classic marketing function. He has experience in agricultural products
and packaged goods, as well as 9 years of experience with the National Fruit Product
Company. Over the years, he has moderated hundreds of focus groups and served
as creative director for a Midwest ad agency. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science
in Marketing from the University of Baltimore where he has also done graduate
studies.

Ted Watson has been well-schooled in the sales and marketing
of consumer products. After graduation from The Moses Brown Preparatory School
in Providence, Rhode Island, Ted earned Bachelor degrees from Marietta College
and the University of Rhode Island. As Director of Marketing for the Linden
Beverage Company and National Sales Manager for White House Apple Products (National
Fruit's flagship brand), Mr. Watson has had a great deal of exposure to the contemporary
marketing function. He has spearheaded several new product launches that have
achieved lead market share. Additionally, he has been instrumental in new product
development. Strong project management and people skills bring a high level of
competency to the Stewart Marketing and Baltimore Research businesses.
Senior Management

Ted Donnelly has a formal and advanced education grounded in marketing research and consumer psychology. He has a Ph.D. in Consumer Behavior and Advertising Research from the Management School at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland. Dr. Donnelly also has a Master of Science degree in marketing research from the University of Edinburgh. He completed his Bachelor of Science at the Pennsylvania State University in Psychology with minors in Business and Sociology. Ted is an expert in social research methodology and analysis in both quantitative and qualitative traditions.
Ted has researched consumer behavior in both American and British cultures. Dr. Donnelly has designed and conducted academic research and developed theories in cross-cultural advertising, affective advertising appeals, the use of humor in advertising, consumer product involvement, consumer personality profiling, consumer processing and decision making, persuasion in advertising, and the effects of television program involvement and media placement on advertising effectiveness. He taught Marketing at Johns Hopkins University.
In his capacity as Managing Director, Ted oversees all business operations and finance. Additionally, he continues to consult on full service research design and fulfillment, serving as a moderator and analyst. He specializes in branding research, new product development, communications concept testing, and advertising development. Additionally, Ted sits on the PRC Board and is Chair of the PRC Development Committee.
Jenny Fraser, PRC Vice President of Recruitment

As Vice President of Recruiting, Jenny Fraser oversees the
recruitment of participants for all medical and consumer projects. She works directly
with the project managers to ensure that appropriate respondents are found that
are precisely in line with clients' specifications. She manages the entire recruiting
staff, and guarantees strong show rates through tedious attention to sending written
confirmations as well as doing a verbal confirmation the night before the study. Jenny
has been well-seasoned in her role at Baltimore Research. She has 14 years of
prior management experience in the retail industry with both Abercrombie & Fitch
as well as Macy's. She also spent a number of years in sales in the telecommunications
and advertising industries. Jenny can also practice what she preaches. She began
her career at Baltimore Research as a recruiter, but was promoted to her current
position due to her professionalism, resourcefulness, and strong interpersonal
skills. Jenny has her degree in Education.
Consumer Project Management
Jeff Henn, PRC Moderator, Senior Research Manager

Jeff Henn is one of Baltimore Research's in-house moderators and serves on the project management team. He handles full service research proposal writing and consulting, screener development, writing of moderators' guides, moderation of focus groups, report writing, and presentation of findings. Jeff has been certified at RIVA Inc. Training Institute, which is the industry gold standard for moderator education. He has been with Baltimore Research since the fall of 2002 and is expert at managing qualitative field studies. Jeff has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Experimental Psychology.

443-632-2172 Rhea MacDonald came to Baltimore Research with a strong academic
foundation and a solid work history. Having graduated from Towson University with
a Bachelor of Science in Business Management in 2000, Rhea went to work for the
U.S. Marshal Service Asset Forfeiture Unit in Baltimore. She served the US Marshal's
office for four years, working as a supervisor. She was responsible for overseeing
and managing seized currency for five different districts in the United States.
In 2001, Rhea was named Asset Forfeiture Contractor of the Year. Since joining
Baltimore Research in May of 2004, Rhea has served in multiple capacities and
has truly risen in the ranks. Her first role with the company was in the hospitality
department. There she worked directly with clients on site and aided in the day-to-day
operations. Soon thereafter, Rhea was promoted to Events Coordinator where she
managed the promotion of Baltimore Research at major public events around town.
In August of 2005 Rhea was promoted to project manager in the Consumer Research
Division.
In a very short time, Rhea has proven to be a wonderful complement
to our team of project managers. She is fully capable of handling even the toughest
of jobs and is tenacious in her ability to see a project to completion. Her penchant
for detail is topnotch and her friendly demeanor will make any client feel at
ease!

Ella Reaves is one of the longest tenured employees for Baltimore
Research. As commander of the evening recruitment team, Ella helps to guarantee
recruitment of the highest standard. Ella is extremely thorough at going the extra
mile to ensure that the recruit is as accurate as possible as specified by the
project specifications. Ms. Reaves specializes in recruitment of ethnic minorities.
She brings considerable depth to Baltimore Research, having worked in a variety
of industries. This includes financial services, business-to-business and healthcare.
Ella received her degree in Accounting.
Hospitality

Before coming to Baltimore Research, Dan spent four years
at Caves Valley Golf Club as a Chef while completing his Bachelor's degree in
English from Towson University. Combining his personal skills and hospitable attitude
with his organizational and communication skills, Dan came to Baltimore Research
in the Spring of 2004. Since then, Dan and his tremendous staff have worked
at exceeding clients' expectations while running the facility at peek operating
efficiency. Dan oversees the Hospitality staff, making sure that their workers'
eyes are as sharp as theirs.

Jonathan Hammett comes to Baltimore Research after five and
a half years at Baltimore Country Club, where he was involved in the hospitality
function. His primary role focused on the training and development of new staff.
Jonathan is a 2001 graduate of Towson University with a Bachelor of Science degree
in Mass Communication, with a concentration in Advertising. Jonathan's goal
at Baltimore Research is to both meet and exceed clients' wants, needs and expectations.
He ensures the clients' eagerness to return to this facility, and makes that next
visit even more successful than the last. 
Heather Ashley-Collins, PRC Manager of Marketing

Heather Ashley-Collins joined Baltimore Research in 2002. She earned
her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with top honors from the University
of Maryland at College Park. Heather concentrated her studies in Public Relations
and Applied Communication in organizational settings.
Since joining Baltimore
Research, Heather has served in multiple capacities and has truly risen in the
ranks. Her first roles with the firm were as a telephone recruiter and as a qualitative
assistant in the hospitality department. Heather quickly rose to the ranks of
a project manager. In this position, Heather's concentrations were in large recruitment
projects with specialty audiences, such as mock trials, low literacy surveys and
minority research. In 2003, Heather transitioned to the facility manager at Baltimore
Research. In this role, Heather oversaw the staffing and management of the hospitality
personnel and daily operations. She became responsible for catering to the needs
of clients on-site and for the execution of the research when project dates arrived.
Heather now serves as the Manager of Marketing and Client Services. She works as the first point of contact for clients who are interested in doing research at the facility. She handles general inquiries about potential research and the facility, writes all proposals and schedules all projects. Her experience in public relations and communications allows her to appraise the difficulty and feasibility of clients' requests and to work with clients to understand their research goals and objectives. Heather also handles Human Resources for Baltimore Research. She is an active volunteer in the MRA (Marketing Research Association). She has served on the Program Committee since 2006 and is the current Chair. As of June 2009, she will step into a new role as Vice Chair of the Education Work Group.
