Xanthi Kielman

Xanthi Kielman joined the team at Baltimore Research as a part time accounting assistant in 2007, gradually becoming a full time employee parallel with the company’s growth.  Along with other accounting functions, her main focus is to process and finalize incentives payments to our many respondents and invoices for clients. 

Starting 1982, she worked for several companies in the Baltimore area implementing and maintaining computer based accounting systems, policies and procedures. She attended Essex Community College and Towson University. 

Xanthi is an active volunteer in the community as well, having served on two community boards, two local school boards, as director of three recreational sports organizations, and both as a Girl Scout community leader and troop leader.  Most importantly, she volunteered advocating for special needs children at the elementary school level.
