Rhea MacDonald came to Baltimore Research with a strong academic foundation and a solid work history. Having graduated from Towson University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management in 2000, Rhea went to work for the U.S. Marshal Service Asset Forfeiture Unit in Baltimore. She served the US Marshal's office for four years, working as a supervisor. She was responsible for overseeing and managing seized currency for five different districts in the United States. In 2001, Rhea was named Asset Forfeiture Contractor of the Year.

Since joining Baltimore Research in May of 2004, Rhea has served in multiple capacities and has truly risen in the ranks. Her first role with the company was in the hospitality department. There she worked directly with clients on site and aided in the day-to-day operations. Soon thereafter, Rhea was promoted to Events Coordinator where she managed the promotion of Baltimore Research at major public events around town. In August of 2005 Rhea was promoted to project manager in the Consumer Research Division.

In a very short time, Rhea has proven to be a wonderful complement to our team of project managers. She is fully capable of handling even the toughest of jobs and is tenacious in her ability to see a project to completion. Her penchant for detail is topnotch and her friendly demeanor will make any client feel at ease!
