Jeff Henn

Jeff Henn is an in-house focus group moderator and serves on the project management team.  He handles full service research proposal writing and consulting, screener development, writing of moderators' guides, focus group moderating, report writing, and presentation of findings.  Jeff has been certified at RIVA Training Institute, which is the industry gold standard for focus group moderator education.  He has been with Baltimore Research since the fall of 2002 and is an expert at managing qualitative field studies.  Jeff has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Experimental Psychology.
